How to help our children to integrate? In what way can we combat the stress of the little ones? What can we do to help children to relax and sleep peacefully? Luis Lopez proposes an essential tool: initiate the little ones in the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
Directed to parents, psychologists and educators, this book contains simple and funny exercises that help children to be conscious of their posture, their movements and their breathing so they discover how to build a peaceful place inside.
Children who regularly practice meditation are less impulsive, put distance between their thoughts and their emotions and remain calm in stressful situations. They also develop empathy, enjoy a clearer mind and improve concentration as well as the quality of their decisions.
Meditation for children teaches how to guide our children, from their earliest years in an exciting adventure that will help them find peace and serenity in all facets of their life.
The book includes exercises and practical activities to do in the classroom or with the family.
