Spiritual intelligence not only fully develops a person but also cultures and countries. Every human being in each and every human community possesses spiritual intelligence which does not subscribe to any particular religious dogma. Beyond this, all human beings have a sense of purpose and intimate spiritual needs such as happiness, overall well-being and the appreciation of beauty and culture. In the context of spiritual anaemia like that in which we currently find ourselves, the development of spiritual intelligence opens up new and unexpected horizons right in the heart of our daily routine, of the present moment and for our short-term interests.
