The True Smile is the story of a trip through the empty stare of a blind autistic man who runs 1,300 km with his brother. This journey serves as a common thread for a story in which we discover someone who, despite all his challenges, never gives up and is capable of performing great feats and enjoying the little things in life to the fullest, sparking a magical feeling in the most quotidian situations of day-to-day life.
The three authors (two brothers and their mother) live in Cuenca. María del Rosario Rosado is who, sneaking into the mind of her child Sergio, wrote this story. Juan Manuel, for his part, was the driving force behind the project The True Smile.
