The author then presents the 7Ds of the so called ‘resting method’ to help us reconnect with our body and live more fully.

Jana Fernández (Madrid, 1981) holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting and another one in Humanities, as well as a Master Degree in Sleep Physiology and in Communication, and has completed her training with various courses in psychoneuroimmunology and brain biochemistry. She has worked for more than fifteen years in communication specialising in fashion and lifestyle. Since 2018, she has been disseminating and creating specialised content on wellbeing and relaxation through a podcast named after herself.
