Cinco madres, cino historias en las revistas
Las revistas Crianza Natural y Vivir en familia han publicado en su sección de recomendación de libros una breve reseña sobre Cinco madres, cinco historias.
Hace cuatro años, en un curso de natación para recién nacidos, cinco madres muy distintas entre sí se conocen. Una madre extranjera, una adoptiva, una por inseminación con donante desconocido, una que parió a un niño muerto, y otra más convencional, si es que ese adjetivo es posible en este contexto. Se conocieron, se sorprendieron las unas a las otras y al acabar el curso decidieron escribir lo que pensaban en aquellos momentos, básicamente sobre el tema de la maternidad (el parto, la concepción, la lactancia, la figura del padre…).
Se reunieron una vez por semana durante casi diez meses, y la emoción por ser madres las invadió por completo y se convirtió en emoción por ser escritoras y, simplemente, por ser, por vivir.
Plataforma es una editorial independiente que publica libros que dan ganas de leer y divulgar. Nuestro nombre surge de nuestra idea de que esta editorial es el núcleo de un proyecto más amplio. Un proyecto en el que caben nuevos soportes y nuevos contenidos... un proyecto donde caben nuestros amigos, autores, lectores, libreros… un proyecto donde todos cuentan y tendrán su espacio.
